Owl Moon was inspired by my Crow Moon painting, a Witch friend asked me to paint it for her.
An ancient Oak guards the waters edge that reflects the full Moon and an overhead Owl that could be a resident of the Oak.
All Owls are sacred to the Goddess of Love, Aphrodite, which has special meaning here.
